How to navigate

  • Use the sidebar on the left to browse by product category, or jump straight to Categories for a visual tile grid with icons.
  • Use the search box in the top bar (or Ctrl+K / ⌘+K) to look up a specific model code (e.g. HD-S30), problem description or keyword. The search indexes every page, including FAQ items.
  • The language selector in the top-right corner switches between 13 languages: English, Polski, Deutsch, Français, Español, Čeština, Nederlands, Ελληνικά, Italiano, Slovenčina, Svenska, Română, Lietuvių.

General questions

How do I return a product or file a complaint?
Contact us through the contact page of the shop where you placed the order — hdwrglobal.com/contact, hdwr.pl/pl/contact or shop-hdwr.de/kontakt. EU consumers have 14 days for distance-selling returns. For warranty complaints, please describe the issue in detail and attach photos of the product label.
Can I receive a VAT invoice?
Yes. During checkout, choose 'Company' and enter your VAT ID (EU VIES is verified automatically). The invoice is issued and emailed within 24 hours of payment, and is also available in your account at any time.
Do you offer technical support?
Yes. Free email support for product configuration, troubleshooting and warranty cases through [email protected]. We aim to respond within one business day. For urgent issues during business hours (Mon-Fri 8:00–16:00 CET), phone support is also available — number listed on hdwrglobal.com/contact.
Are wholesale prices available?
Yes — B2B pricing is available for resellers, system integrators and bulk orders. Create a business account on hdwrglobal.com or contact us directly at [email protected] for a custom quote. Volume discounts start from 5 units of the same SKU. For Polish customers, our dedicated B2B portal is available at b2b.hdwr.pl.
