Frequently asked questions

Can the HD10C scan barcodes displayed on a phone or computer screen?
Yes. Thanks to its CMOS scanning matrix, the HD10C accurately reads 1D barcodes from LCD, LED/OLED screens and mobile device displays, in addition to printed labels.
How does automatic scanning mode work?
In automatic mode, the scanner detects a barcode placed in front of the sensor and reads it without pressing any button. Combined with the included stand, this turns the HD10C into a hands-free scanning station ideal for checkouts.
Is the stand included in the set?
Yes. The HD10C comes with a dedicated stand for self-assembly, which holds the scanner in the optimal position for automatic scanning.
