The FeetFleet-09 is a black office footrest with a 38 × 30 cm platform on a steel frame. The platform tilts from −20° to +20°, so you can set the angle that suits your legs, and three textured strips on its surface keep your feet from sliding. How the footrest works​

  • Steel frame — a steel base that stands on the floor and carries the platform; its legs end in plastic caps
  • Platform — a plastic platform, 38 × 30 cm, mounted on a pivot in the middle of the frame
  • Tilt — the platform tilts under the pressure of your feet, from −20° to +20°; press down with your toes to lower the front edge, or with your heels to raise it
  • Non-slip strips — three textured strips across the platform give the sole extra grip, with or without shoes

Setting up the footrest​

  1. Put the footrest on a flat, level floor in front of your chair, under the desk.
  2. Sit down and rest both feet on the platform, across the textured strips. Move the footrest closer or further away until your feet rest on it comfortably and your knees are bent at roughly a right angle.
  3. Set your chair height so that your thighs are about horizontal and the edge of the seat does not press into the back of your thighs.
  4. Tilt the platform with your feet to the angle you find comfortable. Rocking it gently now and then keeps your legs moving during long sessions at the desk.

Care and maintenance​

  • Wipe the platform and the frame with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Brush dust out of the textured strips if needed. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
  • Check at least once every three months that the footrest is safe to use: the platform tilts freely, nothing is loose, cracked or bent.
  • Use the footrest indoors only.

Safety notes​

  1. Do not exceed the rated load of 20 kg. Loading the footrest with more than its rated weight can make it unstable and cause injury.
  2. The footrest is made for resting your feet while you are seated. Do not stand on it, do not use it as a step and do not put your whole body weight on it.
  3. Use the footrest only indoors. Using it outdoors can destroy it.
  4. Put the footrest on a level floor so that it cannot tip.
  5. Keep fingers, cables and other objects away from the pivot and from the space under the platform while it tilts.
  6. Check at regular intervals, at least once every three months, that the footrest is safe to use.
