The FeetFleet-12B is a black office footrest with two separate pedals on a flat base. Kit contents
- Footrest with mini stepper function (× 1)
The footrest comes assembled. There is nothing to screw together — take it out of the box and put it on the floor.
How the footrest works
- Base — a flat plate that lies on the floor and carries both pedals
- Two independent pedals — each oval pedal is mounted separately, so the left and the right foot move on their own
- Tilt — a pedal tilts under the pressure of your foot, from flat (0°) up to +25°; you can rest your feet at any angle in that range
- Mini stepper — pressing the pedals alternately with the left and the right foot gives a gentle stepping movement while you stay seated
- Ribbed surface — the concentric ribs on the pedals keep the foot from sliding, with or without shoes
Setting up the footrest
- Put the footrest on a flat, level floor in front of your chair, under the desk.
- Sit down and place one foot on each pedal. Move the footrest closer or further away until your feet rest on the pedals comfortably and your knees are bent at roughly a right angle.
- Set your chair height so that your thighs are about horizontal and the edge of the seat does not press into the back of your thighs.
- To rest, leave the pedals at the angle you find comfortable. To use the mini stepper, press the pedals alternately with your toes and heels.
Care and maintenance
- Wipe the pedals and the base with a soft, slightly damp cloth. Do not use solvents or abrasive cleaners.
- Check at least once every three months that the footrest is safe to use: the pedals move freely, nothing is loose, cracked or bent.
- Use the footrest indoors only.
Safety notes
- Do not exceed the rated load of 20 kg. Loading the footrest with more than its rated weight can make it unstable and cause injury.
- The footrest is made for resting and moving your feet while you are seated. Do not stand on it, do not use it as a step and do not put your whole body weight on it.
- Use the footrest only indoors. Using it outdoors can destroy it.
- Put the footrest on a level floor so that it cannot tip.
- Keep fingers, cables and other objects out from under the pedals while they move.
- Check at regular intervals, at least once every three months, that the footrest is safe to use.
Frequently asked questions
How does the mini stepper function work?
The platform tilts under foot pressure, which lets you perform light leg movements while seated and helps keep blood flowing during long hours at the desk. Press the two pedals alternately with your left and right foot to get a stepping movement.
What is the maximum tilt angle?
The FeetFleet-12B offers tilt adjustment up to +25°, so you can choose the most comfortable angle for your legs.
Is the footrest stable on smooth floors?
Yes, the steel and plastic construction together with non-slip feet keep the platform stable on most office floor surfaces.
Does the footrest need assembling?
No. The box contains the footrest in one piece — put it on the floor in front of your chair and it is ready to use.
Can I use the footrest with shoes on?
Yes. The pedals are hard, ribbed plastic, so they work with any footwear as well as with socks or slippers.
How should I set my chair when using the footrest?
Set the chair so that your thighs are about horizontal, your knees are bent at roughly a right angle and your feet rest fully on the pedals. If the edge of the seat presses into the back of your thighs, raise the chair slightly or move the footrest closer.
