Introduction​

The HD-WS35 cash drawer insert is a practical money organiser that helps keep the point of sale tidy and makes everyday work easier. It has four banknote compartments with securing snaps and a removable coin insert for eight coin denominations, and under the coin insert there is space for vouchers, cheques and other documents. The tray fits the HD-KR35 cash drawer and can also be used on its own in a desk drawer or another compartment.

Using the tray​

Banknote compartments​

Each of the four banknote compartments has a stainless steel snap with a spring mechanism. The snap presses the notes flat against the bottom of the compartment, so they do not shift or fall out when the drawer is opened and closed.

Coin insert​

The coin insert with eight compartments is removable: lift it out to count the coins or to reach the space underneath. The width of the compartments can be adjusted.

Space for other means of payment​

Under the coin insert there is a flat compartment for vouchers, cheques and other means of payment that do not fit into the regular compartments.

Compatibility​

The HD-WS35 is designed as a replacement insert for the HD-KR35 cash drawer. It can also be used independently as a money organiser in a desk drawer or another compartment.

Maintenance​

  • Clean the tray with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use harsh detergents or solvents, which can damage the surface of the insert.
  • Store the insert in a dry place. Excessive moisture can cause corrosion of the metal parts or deformation of the plastic parts.
  • Regularly check that the banknote snaps move smoothly. If they jam, lightly lubricate the mechanism with a grease suitable for small parts.
  • Overfilling the insert can damage the dividers. Distribute the money evenly.

Safety​

  • The insert is intended for storing banknotes and coins only. Do not use it for other purposes, such as storing sharp objects or chemicals.
  • Always keep the insert in a closed cash drawer to minimise the risk of theft.
  • Avoid sudden movements when carrying an insert filled with money, so that it does not spill out.
  • The product is not a toy. Keep it out of reach of children to avoid accidental damage or swallowing of small parts.
