Product description
The encoded HD-RWC01 RFID card works by passive radio communication at 125 kHz. This is the standard frequency for many access control and identification systems, ensuring reliable and secure data transmission.
The card contains a TK4100 chip that stores a unique 10-digit identification code. The code is permanently encoded and cannot be changed, which eliminates the risk of unauthorised access or card cloning. Any content can be printed on the smooth white surface of the card with a card printer.
Usage
Using a 125 kHz RFID card is simple and intuitive, which is why it is a popular choice in access control and identification systems.
- Integration with the system. Make sure the system you want to use the card with (e.g. an access control or time and attendance system) is compatible with cards operating at 125 kHz and with the TK4100 chip.
- Programming the card. In many systems the card first has to be programmed or registered in the management system. This includes assigning the card to a specific user or function and configuring access rights.
- Using the card.
- Access: to enter a protected area, hold the card close to the RFID reader. The reader automatically reads the card's unique code and verifies the access rights.
- Identification: in identification systems the card lets you quickly confirm the user's identity, e.g. when recording working time.
- Taking care of the card: do not expose the card to extreme conditions such as high temperature, moisture or direct sunlight — they can damage the chip or the RFID antenna.
