Shipping and delivery
HDWR ships across the European Union from two warehouses (Poland and Germany). Most orders are dispatched the same business day if placed before 14:00 local time, and arrive within 1–5 working days depending on destination.

In unforeseen circumstances (peak season, public holidays, courier disruptions) the lead time may extend by up to 5 additional working days. You will receive a tracking number by e-mail the moment the parcel leaves our warehouse.

Shipping FAQ
What should I do when the courier delivers a damaged parcel?
Inspect the parcel in the presence of the courier whenever possible. If you see damage, ask the courier to fill in a damage report (protokół szkody) and refuse the delivery. If you cannot inspect the parcel before collection (e.g. it was left in a parcel locker), contact us by e-mail and attach at least three photos: the outer packaging, the inner protective material and the damaged product itself. We will process the claim with the carrier on your behalf.
Why didn't I get a paper invoice inside the parcel?
Invoices are issued and e-mailed automatically once your order is placed and paid. We do not print and enclose paper invoices, which keeps packaging lighter and reduces paper waste. The invoice is also always available in your account on the shop website.
How can I cancel my order?
Orders that have not yet been handed over for fulfilment can be cancelled free of charge. Contact our customer service via the live chat or by e-mail and quote your order number. If the parcel has already been picked up by the courier, you can still refuse it on delivery or use the standard 14-day distance-selling return.
What is the approximate delivery time?
As a rule, parcels within Poland are delivered within 1–2 working days; intra-EU shipments typically arrive within 2–5 working days. In unforeseen circumstances (e.g. peak season, courier disruptions) the lead time can extend up to 5 additional working days. Once the parcel ships, you receive a tracking link by e-mail.
Can I pick the order up in person?
Yes — orders shipped from our Polish warehouse can be picked up by appointment at our office in Środa Wielkopolska. Please choose 'Personal pickup' at checkout and wait for our e-mail confirmation before driving over; we will let you know when the order is ready for collection.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Yes, on request. International shipments outside the EU are quoted individually via DHL Express, taking into account customs duties, taxes and the destination country's import requirements. Contact us with the destination address and the list of products for a tailored quote.
